I completed certification in Expressive Arts Therapy through the Institute of Creative Mindfulness. Expressive Arts Therapy can serve as another resource guiding us on our journey in trauma work. I invite you to use expressive pathways to further cultivate insight, strength, and attunement as you embark on your unique journey of healing the wounds of trauma.
