This evaluation is done as the intake appointment in order to be able to determine exactly what you are struggling with and to develop an appropriate and individualized treatment plan.

Two plus hours of EMDR in one sitting. Insurance billing is dependent on type of insurance. Can discuss combination of private pay and insurance. 

 Providing clinical supervision hours for Social Worker Licensure Candidates in the state of Montana. 

 Providing EMDR consultation hours to recently trained EMDR therapists seeking basic or certification hours.  Please refer to EMDR consultation contract under the forms tab.

All services can be offered via telehealth as well!

I currently accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurances. If we do not accept your specific insurance, we are happy to apply for credentialing with them. If you are a client in Idaho or Colorado we can bill BCBS or accept private pay.

SWLC cannot bill Medicaid/Medicare and some other major insurances. SWLC therapist can accept BCBS, First Choice, Pacific Source, and private pay.
