This evaluation is done as the intake appointment in order to be able to determine exactly what you are struggling with and to develop an appropriate and individualized treatment plan. 

One person for one "clinical hour" after the initial intake appointment.

Two plus hours of EMDR in one sitting. Insurance billing is dependent on type of insurance. Can discuss combination of private pay and insurance. 

 Providing clinical supervision hours for Social Worker Licensure Candidates in the state of Montana. 

 Providing EMDR consultation hours to recently trained EMDR therapists seeking basic or certification hours.  Please refer to EMDR consultation contract under the forms tab.

The building has stairs. No elevator access. 

I currently accept most major private insurances. These include BCBS, Pacific Source, Allegiance, United Health, ComPsych, Aetna, Optum, Tricare, Triwest, and VA community care.  For client in Idaho and Colorado, only BCBS, Medicare, and private pay can be accepted at this time.
